  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble it.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and mushrooms until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled bacon, sautéed vegetables, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix until combined and form into patties.
  6. Place the patties in a baking dish and pour beef broth and cream over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
