1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups diced apples
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
Top with diced apples and drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the center is set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
Serve with additional caramel sauce drizzled on top.
