A delicious and easy Asian meatballs recipe that cooks in the crockpot, perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, soy sauce, garlic, egg, green onions, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour teriyaki sauce over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are fully cooked.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with additional green onions if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add sriracha to the sauce.
