- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, soy sauce, garlic, egg, green onions, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
