- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
