  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add in the rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
  4. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
