2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
