1 large apple, diced
1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, diced apple, crumbled turkey bacon, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
