  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot, bringing to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and add broccoli, cooking until tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
