  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup aioli

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sliced onions. Cook on low until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  4. Cook turkey patties in the skillet until browned and cooked through.
  5. To assemble, place mixed greens in a bowl, top with turkey patties, caramelized onions, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and aioli.
  6. Finish with crumbled bacon on top.
