  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Add cabbage and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in cooked cabbage, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and half of the cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased pie crust and top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the pie is set and golden brown on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
