- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
