  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken ham, stirring for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and cajun seasoning.
  7. Blend the soup until smooth if desired, then season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon.
