- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 leeks, cleaned and sliced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the leeks. Sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the mushrooms and garlic, cooking until the mushrooms are golden brown.
- Stir in the thyme, cream, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for a few minutes.
