  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add broccoli florets, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook until broccoli is tender.
  4. Stir in milk and cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and soup is creamy.
