  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes and sliced sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. Add the ranch seasoning mix and heavy cream, then stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
