- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the baby potatoes, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage and toss to combine.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
