1 pound chicken thighs
4 slices turkey bacon
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Instructions
Cook turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy, then remove and chop.
Add chicken thighs to the pot and cook until browned.
Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add frozen peas and carrots, and cook for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk to form a dough.
