Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the chicken breast in chicken broth until fully cooked.
  2. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter to form a dough.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the boiling broth and cook until dumplings are fluffy.
  5. Add frozen vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
