A delicious twist on the classic Chicken Florentine with savory turkey bacon.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the chicken breasts until golden brown.
  4. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Finally, add the cooked bacon and parmesan cheese and mix well.
