  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook until soft.
  5. Pour in Marsala wine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, and top with fresh parsley before serving.
