1 pound chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground paprika
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pita bread for serving
Instructions
In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, and minced garlic to create a marinade.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade, mixing thoroughly and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt to create the garlic yoghurt sauce.
Serve the grilled chicken wrapped in pita bread with the garlic yoghurt sauce.
