Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, avocado, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
