  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
