- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
