A deliciously rich and buttery twist on traditional chicken linguine.

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken thighs and season with paprika, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine in the skillet with the chicken and butter sauce.
  7. Serve immediately with additional parsley on top if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken thighs with chicken breasts if preferred.
