A delicious and hearty Cowboy Soup featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the chicken ham and cook until slightly browned.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, corn, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • Can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Add more vegetables like bell peppers for extra flavor.
