- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chicken ham and cook until slightly browned.
- Add the diced tomatoes, corn, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.
