  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic; sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, simmering for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the crab meat and Parmesan cheese, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
