  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  5. In another bowl, combine cranberries, lemon juice, and vanilla; spread over the crust.
  6. Top with remaining crumble mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a sweeter bar, increase the sugar to 1 1/4 cups.
