  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, grape tomatoes, carrots, sunflower seeds, and turkey bacon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
