  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot and sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the heavy cream, diced chicken ham, corn, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Allow the soup to simmer for about 15 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  6. Season with salt to taste and stir in the crispy bacon before serving.
