  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Drain the fettuccine and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
