4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the pan.
Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
