  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Return the turkey bacon to the skillet and mix well.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
