A rich and creamy linguine dish featuring succulent shrimp, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp and chicken ham, cooking until shrimp are pink.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  5. Add cooked linguine and turkey bacon to the pan. Toss to combine.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice.
  • Substitute shrimp with chicken if preferred.
