A warm and comforting crockpot corn chowder recipe that features turkey bacon for added flavor.

  • 4 cups corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the corn, diced potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add the chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Before serving, stir in the heavy cream and crumbled turkey bacon.
