Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa is an easy and delicious comfort food dish that brings the flavors of traditional pierogi to your slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 bag frozen pierogi (about 16 ounces)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or similar)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, layer the sliced kielbasa, frozen pierogi, and chopped onion.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pierogi and kielbasa in the crockpot.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir gently before serving.
