1 pound kielbasa, sliced
1 bag frozen pierogi (about 16 ounces)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or similar)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a crockpot, layer the sliced kielbasa, frozen pierogi, and chopped onion.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the pierogi and kielbasa in the crockpot.
Top with shredded cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Stir gently before serving.

This dish can be topped with green onions or additional cheese before serving for extra flavor.
