  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the banana mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. While cookies are baking, prepare the cream cheese glaze by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  9. Once cookies are cooled, drizzle with cream cheese glaze.
