  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 cup grated cheese (Gruyère or Cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and layer sliced potatoes at the bottom.
  3. In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, turkey bacon, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Heat until just simmering.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and add cheese on top.
