  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Spread a layer of enchilada sauce in a baking dish.
