- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from heat, chop, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, raisins, sunflower seeds, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
