- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, pesto, cherry tomatoes, turkey bacon, mozzarella, parmesan, and pine nuts.
