  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 sheet nori, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. While the rice cooks, season the salmon with soy sauce and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha. Once the salmon is cooked, flake it into the bowl and combine with the mayo mixture.
  5. Layer the cooked rice into a baking dish and top with the salmon mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded nori and green onions on top.
  7. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until heated through.
