1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced potatoes
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups vegetable broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt

1 cup green beans, cut into pieces
1 cup corn kernels
Instructions
In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic over medium heat until softened.
Add the carrots, celery, and potatoes; stir for about 5 minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth and add the diced tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
