  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup filled chocolate filling of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and egg to the wet mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet and create a small indentation in the center of each.
  8. Fill the indentation with chocolate filling.
  9. Top with more dough and seal the edges.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool before serving.
