A delicious indulgence that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham in slider form.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Layer the chicken ham on the slider buns.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard mixture on top.
  5. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese and crispy bacon onto the sliders.
  6. Brush with Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle garlic and onion powder.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add pickles or jalapeños.
