  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lightly toast the slider rolls.
  4. Layer the chicken ham and cooked turkey bacon on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls and brush with melted butter and parsley mixture.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  8. While baking, warm the beef broth in a pot.
  9. Serve the sliders with warm beef broth for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add caramelized onions to the sliders.
  • These sliders can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
