  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the slider rolls, followed by turkey bacon, sautéed onions, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, and pour over sliders.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
