  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, black pepper, onion, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  3. Mold the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and top each meatball with French onion dip and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Notes
