2 cups shredded hash browns
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup cream of chicken soup
¼ cup green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup crushed cornflakes
¼ cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, cream of chicken soup, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the crushed cornflakes and melted butter, then sprinkle this mixture over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
