1 cup rice
2 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a pot, bring water to a boil, add the rice, and reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 18-20 minutes.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the garlic.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
